We will only store your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which we collected your data:
- For tax reasons, we generally store contracts and other documents as well as associated correspondence from our contractual relationship for a period of ten years or for the duration of the statutory retention obligations.
- We are legally obliged under professional law to keep files from mandates even after the end of the mandate, in Austria e.g. for five years after the end of the mandate; in individual cases, for example to assert and defend against legal claims, we also keep these files for a longer period of time, in Austria e.g. up to 30 years after the end of the mandate.
- You will remain on our newsletter distribution list until you unsubscribe from it.
- Data of applicants who are not hired or commissioned will be deleted within the statutory deletion periods, in Austria e.g. after nine months, if we do not ask them for consent to keep records. For hired applicants, our internal data protection information for employees applies, which can be requested during the application process.
We have integrated social media plugins on our website in order to be able to recommend and share articles in social networks, such as LinkedIn, etc. Data is only transferred to third parties when users click on one of the icons displayed in the social media list. We have no influence on cookies set by social networks, nor do we have access to them.
We use plugins from the following social media services and other third-party providers: LinkedIn.
We would also like to inform you that you have the right at any time to request information about which of your data is processed by us (see in detail Article 15 GDPR), the right to have your data corrected or deleted (see in detail Article 16 GDPR), the right to restrict the processing of your data (see Article 18 GDPR in detail), have the right to object to data processing (see Article 21 GDPR for details), the right to data portability (see Article 20 GDPR for details).
